Cancellation & No-Show Policy

1. Cancellation Policy (Non-Members)

1.1)      There is a 6 hour prior to tee time cancellation policy in effect. If you can not make your tee time and cancel it more than 6 hours before your tee time, your online booking account will be credited with the same value of the original booking to be used in the future. There is no refund to your credit card.

 1.2)      If you cannot make your tee time and it is within 6 hours of your tee time you must contact the golf dome (as the website will not allow you to cancel) and re-book your tee time for later that same day, if times are still available. There is no refund to your credit card or online credit to your account past the original booking day. If you re-book your tee time inside the 6 hours, you must book the same value or a greater amount of your original purchase to get full credit. If you book for more than the original purchase, you will be charged that amount additionally.

1.3)      There is no refund to your credit card or online credit to your account if you do not show up for your booking or call. This is classified as a no show.

2. Cancellation Policy (Annual Members)

Annual members are encouraged to follow the 6 hours policy, same as non-members. If members do not cancel or cancel within 6 hours, (No Show), and do so more than 3 times and have no more Beverage Credit left, membership will be revoked and they will become a non-member.

2.1)      Member No Shows will be charged for the value of the booking and this will be paid through the Members Beverage Credit until nothing is available. If the member has no Beverage Credit left and they have been in default of this policy more than three times, the Membership will be revoked.

 2.2)      If an Annual Member is stripped of their membership, a pro-rated refund will occur. A Golf Dome annual year is considered 7 months and starts from Oct 1 – April 30. Any part of a month started would be considered used. Pro-rating will be rounded to the nearest $5.

 Example Full Adult Member ($900) loses membership Jan 18th. Then they will be refunded 3/7 of this amount or $385. October, November, December and January would be considered used.

Example Full Youth or Senior ($750) loses membership December 9th. Then a refund of 4/7 would take place or $430. October, November and December would be considered used.

Example of a Corporate Membership ($1000 less $500 Marketing) for December 9th. A refund would be 4/7 of $500 would apply or $285, as the Marketing will still be applied.
